“Kalamity” is an upcoming movie that revolves around a character named Billy, who after returning to his hometown discovers that something strange is going on with his best friend. The cast of the film includes: Nick Stahl, Alona Tal, Jonathan Jackson, Robert Forster, Beau Garrett, Sammie Hanratty, Jill Latiano, andPatricai Kalemeber.
It is set to open sometime in 2009.

As a biography, Alona Tal was born on October 20, 1983. She starred in the Israeli movie Lihiyot Kochav. Thereafter, she furthered her career, appearing in the soap opera Tzimerin and also HaPijamot. She relocated to New York City where she collaborated with singer/songwriter Wyclef Jean on the song Party To Damascus.
She has appeared in several films including: Lihiyot Kochoav (2003), Taking 5 (2007), Half Past Dead 2, College (2008).
Also, Alona Tal has appeared in several television shows including: HaPijamot, Veroncia Mars, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Cold Case, 7th Heaven, Commander in Chief, Supernatural, Cane, The Cleaner, Ghost Whisperer, The Mentalist, Knight Rider, Party Down.
