Thirty-five year old actress Amy Adams is expecting a baby! The Townhouse beauty, and star of the recent flick Julie and Julia, shared the good news that she is pregnant and will welcoming her baby sometime next year.
The happy couple, who recently got engaged last year, after falling for each other back in 2001, appear to be extremely excited to be parents. This will be Adams and Legallo’s first child.
“I got engaged the night before we wrapped ‘Julie and Julia’. It was funny because I was actually running lines from the script in my head while we were taking this romantic carriage ride in Central Park. I felt really bad for Darren. I was like, ‘You should get a re-do because you were cheated.’ All I was thinking about was my last day at work.”
Although they have yet to organize a wedding, Amy Adams’ pregnancy should kick the couple’s plans in high gear. Obviously very busy with her acting career, Adams and her beau won’t be putting their latest life changing events on the back burner.
“I’ve been really busy, and I feel like a horrible fiancee that I haven’t gotten swept up in the whole idea of a wedding. He wants to be married. He understands I’m busy but he’s ready. He’s much more ready for kids and stuff than I am.”
On top of sharing her happy news The Leap Year actress, whose new movie is due in theaters on January 8th, also discussed her family plans for the future!
“I probably won’t have a big family. I can barely manage my own life! But I do want to have a family.”
And now, just days since making her pregnancy public, Adams is already growing impatient to discover the sex of her baby!
“We’ll probably find out” the red headed starlet stated about her new family with actor fiance Darren Le Gallo. “I thought about waiting and I just don’t think that’s really my personality.”

I love Amy Adams, I am certain that she will be a great mom. By the way, I just saw the story on my local news that Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks has an ongoing Class Action Suit against them.
