Anna Nicole Smith’s psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich prescribed drugs, that according to court documents, caused “pharmaceutical suicide.” Now, there are also reports that Anna Nicole Smith’s psychiatrist also had a sexual relationship with the troubled star.
New court documents reveal that, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and her internist Sandeep Kapoor prescribed Anna Nicole a combination of drugs that are being referred to as “pharmaceutical suicide.”
A medical examiner determined that the actress and model died from an accidental drug overdose. Anna had nine different drugs in her system at the time of death, and had 44 different prescriptions. She also used several different aliases.
According to the documents submitted to an LA judge, Eroshevich prescribed chloral hydrate for Anna after her son died and the pharmacist reportedly told her,
“I wouldn’t give her chloral hydrate unless you want your picture on the front page of the National Enquirer.”
The pharmacist was further concerned a few days later, when Anna was prescribed an abundance of drugs and he called to tell Kapoor that he would not be filling a prescription that amounted to “pharmaceutical suicide.” Anna was reportedly prescribed 300 tablets of methadone, two types of sedatives, a muscle relaxer, an anti-inflammatory drug, and four bottles of Diluadid, a painkiller nicknamed “hospital heroin.” Why on earth would she need so many powerful drugs? I worry when I take too many advil in a week!
According to the affidavit, Special Agent Jennifer Doss of the state Justice Department, told Eroshevich that the drug combination
“might work for a drug addict under supervised care or with a dying cancer patient in a hospital or ‘if you were going to kill someone.’”
Additionally, it has come to light that Eroshevich was having an inappropriate sexual relationship with Anna. There are pictures of Anna and Khristine naked together in a bathtub, which TMZ confirms they saw but never published. The photo has made its way to the net, but we will not publish it either.
The documents reveal further pictures,
“One photo showed both naked women embracing while looking at the camera. In another photo, Dr. Eroshevich is sitting between Anna Nicole Smith’s legs while Anna…was in a more reclined position.
In the third photo, Anna Nicole Smith has her ankles on each of Dr. Eroshevich’s shoulders while they are holding hands and their clasped hands are resting in the area of Anna Nicole Smith’s vagina posing for the camera.”
Clearly, a doctor should not be having this kind of intimate relationship with a patient, especially a psychiatrist!
It is so sad that despite the pharmacist’s reported warnings, Anna Nicole died from a drug overdose, leaving a little girl with no mother.
