Aunjanue Ellis has been cast in the lead role in the movie The Tested. Starring as Darraylynn Warren, the Russell Costanzo directed drama revolves around “a life shattering tragedy sends three people on vastly different paths to a similar goal of redemption and understanding.”

Ellis is a San Francisco, California native and a known Broadway vet who graduated from both Brown University and New York University. Most recently the actress Aunjanue Ellis has appeared in a guest appearance in The Good Wife on CBS as Linda Underwood. She has also been seen in the movie ‘The Taking of Pelham 123′ as Therese.
Acting since the mid 90’s, Aunjanue Ellis, who showed up donning a red see through dress at the ‘Cover New York City Premiere’, has had a fair share of acting roles in both tv and on the big screen. Starting with the movie production with New York Undercover, the film Girls Town, Ed;s Next Move. The American actress has also been seen in The Practice as Sharon Young.
Aunjanue Ellis’ additional acting credits include Men of Honor, The Opponent, Lovely and Amazing, Undercover Brother and Ray.
