Actress Bella Heathcote is reportedly a top candidate to star alongside Johnny Depp in Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows, a vampire soap opera from the 1960’s. Heathcote’s name was dropped, as well as actor Jackie Earle Haley, who is apparently said to be up for the role of the con artist Loomis in the soon to be revamped sci-fi flick.

Per Slashfilm, Bella’s character “would be Victoria Winters, the character who was basically the lead of the series in its early days, before the introduction of the supernatural elements that made it popular, and who ends up as a sort of romantic interest for Barnabas.”

As a biography Bella Heathcote’s date of birth is unknown. A gorgeous newcomer in the world of acting, the young Australian actress, whose full name is Isabella, has appeared as a series regular in the TV series Neighbours as the on screen character Amanda Fowler. Previous to her role on the show, Heathcote, who received the Heath Ledger Acting Scholarship in 2010, also appeared in the 2008 movie entitled Acolytes as Petra where she made her professional acting debut.

Since the brunette beauty has also starred in the short film Glenn Owen Dodds as Julie, the 2010 film Beneath Hill 60 and is currently in the middle of filming multiple role. Busy working on the set of the movie Now, Bella will portray Michele Weis. She is also attached to Twylight Zones, which is said to be in pre-production.
