Freddie Stroma will star in the upcoming fantasy-adventure film “Harry Potter,” portraying Cormac Mclaggen. For a young actor, opportunities don’t get better than this one.
Not only does he have a role in a series that is popular worldwide, he also gets to appear alongside a barrage of talented actors including: Daniel Radcliffe (Harry), Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), Emma Watson (Hermione Granger), Sir Michael Gambon (Albus Dumbledore), Jim Broadbent (Horace Slughorn), Alan Rickman (Severus Snape), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange), and Helen McCrory (Narcissa Malfoy) just to name a few.
Director David Yates and producers David Barron and David Heyman are the individuals responsible for bringing the J.K. Rowling novel to life.
The film’s release date is set for July 15, 2009, and will hit IMAX on July 29, 2009.
