Actress Holly Grainger will once again be joining Twilight’s Robert Pattinson on the big screen. The twenty-two year old who appeared alongside Pattinson in The Bad Mother’s Handbook plays the role of Suzanne in the forthcoming 2011 flick entitled Bel Ami.




The movie centers on “a young man’s rise to power in Paris via his manipulation with the city’s most influential and wealthy women.” The screenplay was written by both Rachel Bennette ad Guy de Maupassant with Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod directing. Also set to appear in Bel Ami is actors Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Colm Meaney.





As a biography Holy Grainger, Bel Ami actress, was born in Didsbury, Manchester in 1988. Grainger’s exact date of birth is not known. An England native, Holly has been acting since the age of six years old, appearing in dozens of television and movie roles. Dating back to the mid 90’s, the young performer has been featured in All Quiet on the Preston Front as the character Kristy.

Since then Holly’s most prominent roles include Where the Heart Is as the on screen character Megan Boothe, Waterloo Road, Waking the Dead, Demons in the role of Ruby, The Scouting Book For Boys as Emily and Blue Murder where the English actress appeared as the guest star Jess Burgess.

Most recently the Parrs Wood Technology student has been seen as a guest star in Above Suspicion 2: The Red Dahlia as Sharon Bilkin. You can also check Holly out in the new to DVD movie, The Bad Mother’s Handbook, in the role of Charlotte along with her co star Robert Pattinson as the character Daniel, Catherine Tate and Anne Reid, who play the actress’ on screen Mother and Grandmother.
