Kimberley Nixon is British, blond, and possibly dating ‘Harry Potter’ actor Rupert Grint. The off-screen couple have paired up for the new movie ‘Cherrybomb’, where they share a steamy on-screen love scene. The film is due to make its world premier in February 2009 at the Berlin Film Festival.
Kimberley Nixon was born on September 24, 1985 in Bristol, England. She was raised in Pontypridd, Wales, with her SIX (!!) brothers.
Kimberley studied at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff. Before she graduated in 2007, she was able to secure herself an agent after appearing in the school play Quadrophenia. In fall of 2007, she appeared in five episodes of the BBC drama series ‘Cranford’ alongside Dame Judi Dench.
Kimberley Nixon tackled three films in 2008 - ‘Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging’, ‘Wild Child’, and ‘Easy Virtue’. Her latest film, indie flick ‘Cherrybomb’ written by playwright Daragh Caville, is set to debut at the Berlin Film Festival in February 2009. They were seen at a London bar on New Year’s Day, and it is reported that Rupert spent a lot of time (and nights) at Kimberley’s north London home. They have dismissed the rumors, and Rupert played off the nights spent at 23 year old Kimberley’s home by saying she lived closer to the ‘Cherrybomb’ set.
