Actress Kirsten Prout, who is known as Amanda Bloom from Kyle XY, has been cast in Eclipse as a vampire named Lucy. Get the details on Prout’s role in the third film here.
Former Kyle XY star and Canadian actress, Kirsten Prout, will be playing a vampire by the name of Lucy in the Twilight saga’s third movie, Eclipse. News that Prout has nabbed the role has created quite a buzz on the net.
In the third movie Bella and the characters of Eclipse must stop an army of super strong, newborn vampires. Prout will play Lucy, a vampire from Jasper’s past life. Also set to star in the movie will be actors Xavier Samuel, Catalina Sandino Moreno, BooBoo Stewart and Bryce Dallas Howard. Eclipse will be directed by David Slade and was written by Melissa Rosenberg. The much awaited movie is set for release on June 30th, 2010 and is currently in the middle of production.
