Michael Douglas’ son was arrested recently on drug charges! He has been in custody since his arrest on July 28. Read more about the story plus photos and video below.
Michael Douglas’ son, Cameron Douglas, was arrested on July 28th after he allegedly was trying to sell Meth at a New York City hotel.
According to sources, Douglas was arrested on July 28 stemming from a methamphetamine dealing charge while at the Hotel Gansevoort in Manhattan. The New York Post reported that the 30-year-old had been staying at the hotel in a room rented out by his Dad. When police found Cameron, he was “very strung out”, according to sources. He allegedly was the middleman in moving half a pound of crystal meth from California to New York to sell.
This is not the first time the younger Douglas has had a brush with the law. In 2007 he was arrested after he was pulled over and police found liquid cocaine and a syringe in the vehicle. In 1999, he was arrested after he and a friend bought cocaine from a dealer who was, coincidentally, being followed by police.
