According to a new Forbes list, Naomi Watts is the most bankable actress of the year. That seems a bit odd, so what makes Watts the most bankable? Find out here!
Naomi Watts is considered to be this year’s most bankable actress. Meaning that for every dollar she was paid for a film, she brought in $44.
This is not the list of the highest paid, but the actress who is the best value for the money. Naomi starred in movies such as the Ring one and two, King Kong, and more recently The International. She was paid below $5 million for these films, so she brought in more at the box office than say Angelina Jolie would with her $20 million paycheck.
So if we are comparing the two as actresses, while Angelina is the box office superstar, Jennifer Aniston, comes in on two Forbes lists: she is considered the sixth most bankable actress, and also came in second on Forbes 2008 Top Earning Actress list, earning $25 million, just under Jolie’s $27 million. You get a better bang for your buck with Jen, but Angie’s movies, IMO, are better for the most part.
So who came in under Naomi on the list? Jennifer Connelly came in second, and Rachel McAdams – who I adore came in third.

I like Jennier the best her movies are always intresting even if they are not good she seems to do a great job. I think she is much better. Also Still love Julia Roberts….
