Olivia Wilde, who is a series regular on the Fox hit show “House” is set to star in the sequel to the Disney cult classic film Tron “Tron 2.0” according to Variety.com.
The original movie is about a computer programmer that was forced into a computer, and has no other option besides to fight in the games he helped create. It is still recognized for its epic sci-fi battles and pioneering special effects.
Tron 2.0’s plot is being kept hush-hush, but Wilde will assume the role of a worker who helps to battle the Master Control program, who is the nemesis in the virtual world.
