Powder Blue is a tale of interconnected lives. It will star Jessica Biel as an over-whelmed stripper, Forest Whitaker as s husband with a broken heart who has lost his lust for life, Ray liotta as a dying ex-con, and Eddie Redmayne a an extremely shy mortician.
Here is the rundown of the film:
A city of ten million people, Los Angeles is built on dreams of fame where glitz and glamour dominate the topical landscape. But beneath the tabloid headlines and the flashing cameras lies a city whose people are desperate for an identity, a connection, and a reason to hope.
Charlie Bishop was once a priest, but lost faith. He begins a journey to rid himself of his former ethics and beliefs. He drives the streets with a loaded gun, and fifty thousand dollars in his car looking to find someone to kill him in exchange for the cash. He finds out that his plan won’t be that easily executed.
Jack Doheny diagnosed with terminal cancer is released from prison after 25 years. He knows that any moment could be his last, so he seeks redemption in an unfamiliar world. All he has left are faded memories of a love from long ago, which are reminded to him by Rose-Johnny.
Rose-Johnny is a single mother who moved to L.A. hoping to make it big, her plans are put on hold when her son is in an accident which leaves him comatose. She lives out of a hotel, and works as an exotic dancer to make the bills.
Charlie takes residence at the same hotel as Rose-Johnny’s. He then meets, Qwerty Doolittle, an eccentric mortician whose compassion for others has landed him in debt that could cost him his business. Qwerty is faced with the decision of killing charley, and taking the money, but like the others declines in the end. Fate will intertwine the lives of these four strangers, teaching them valuable life lessons in remarkable ways.
The film is set to be released May 8.

I GUESS WHEN YOUR CAREER IS GOING DOWN HILL FAST THIS IS THE BEST RECOVERY FOR HASBINS IN THIS INDUSTRY. THIS HAS BEEN SO OVER DONE IS REDICULIOUS. THE ONLY REASON ANYONE WANTS TO SEE A MOVIE ABOUT A STRIPPER IS SO THE CAN GET THEIR ROCKS OFF. YOUR NOT YOUNG ANYMORE GIVE IT UP. A STREET HOOKER WOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER ROLE.
