Film Director Roman Polanski Bail Granted! Get the latest here on Polanski who was bailed out for $4.5 million with the supposed help of French president Nicolas Sarkozy!
After only two months in the big house Roman Polanski, who was finally arrested for sex with thirteen-year old Samantha Geimer thirty some odd years later, has been released from a Swiss prison cell after a little help from the president of France and the sum of $4.5 million dollars!
Polanski’s sister-in law, Mathilde Seigner, stated that the President was not the exact reason for the Film Director’s release but one of the resources used to free him.
“I wouldn’t go so far as to say that it is thanks to the president that Roman has been freed, but he has been super. The president has been very effective,” Seigner stated.
Roman Polanski bail conditions are that the seventy-six year old must wear an electronic ankle bracelet under house arrest at his Alpine chalet, were he is reportedly planning to stay. Previously Polanski was denied bail because he was thought to be a flight risk, and who could disagree after he ran back in 1978 from the United States.
Although he did spend two months in jail, the famous Rosemary’s Baby director was reportedly given special privileges other inmates were not. He was allowed to call his wife when he pleased as well as the guards if need be and was kept away from the other inmates.
And while all this sounds like good news for the father, whose children were pulled out of school after being made fun of, a close personal friend of Polanski’s, Director Janusz Morgenstern, says he isn’t doing too well. “His fear of the U.S. verges on panic, and he has lived with that fear for so long that it’s become obsessive.”

Glad to hear it. After all of this time this nonsense should be thrown out of court. Roman Polanski isn’t a threat to anyone.

They shouldn’t have granted him bail, he’s gonna run like the french chicken he is. They need to ship this convicted child molester back to the United States so he can finally pay for what he did. The victim doesn’t want him in prison, but last time I checked, forgiveness is not a pardon. The message needs to be clear that if people wanna come to our country to harm a child, they better think twice, because we WILL hunt them down like the vermin they are.
