The Spirit Awards 2011 Nominees are in and the list is looking good! Packed with plenty of talent, the awards will air on the IFC Channel on February 26th 2011 live with host Joel McHale.

Categories for the 2011 Spirit Awards include Best Feature, Best Female and Male Lead, Best Director, Best First Feature and Best Screenplay, to name a few. Making the list this coming new year are some of my favorite actors aside from the cast of Blue Valentine and 127 Hours. Names like Jennifer Lawrence, whose film Winter’s Bone holds a total of seven nominations, Nicole Kidman, and Natalie Portman.

Eva Mendes and Jeremy Renner made the announcement of just who was selected as a nominee today at the London West Hollywood Hotel. When it comes to the Film Independent Spirit Awards 2011 only flicks with a budget less than $20 million are nominated for awards. So go ahead and check out the full list below. Who do you think should win when it comes to the best actors, the talented screen writers and the most intriguing movies? Let us know who your picks are below!
