Tron Legacy cast mates Garrett Hedlund and Olivia Wilde

As Comic-Con 2009 continues to roll on, awesome new footage for fans continues to spring up. The latest? The Tron Legacy trailer!

Disney Pictures’ Tron 2, which was renamed Tron Legacy, is wildly futuristic. While this type of movie isn’t my personal cup of tea, it does look pretty freaking awesome. Starring yummy Garrett Hedlund, sexy Olivia Wilde, and Jeff Bridges, the movie was written by Eddie Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, and directed by Joseph Kosinski.

Along with the trailer, Disney has released some pretty awesome concept art. What’s a good futuristic sci-fi movie without an awesome funky ride? Click here to check out the cool super maneuverable motorcycle-like vehicle featured in the trailer, as well as some of the other concept artwork.

As awesome as all of this looks, you Tron fans will have to learn the virtue of patience - the movie isn’t set to hit theaters until 2010. When it does, it promises to make a big splash in 3-D, so it should be well worth the wait.
