Boy, did director Dan Rush pick the right guy for the job! Rush, making his directorial debut, has signed on funnyman Will Ferrell to appear in his low budget, independent film, Everything Must Go.

“Will is one of the best at making an audience sympathize with a character’s ordeal, and the blending and comedy in this script will show a side of him that we haven’t really seen before,” stated Marty Bowen.

In the Indie flick Ferrell will play a guy down on his luck. After losing his job, Will’s character gets the boot from his wife. To make ends meet he begins to sell his belongings on the front lawn! The script, written by Rush, is based on the Raymond Carver story.

Everything Must Go will be produced with a $10 million budget, but I am sure viewer’s won’t notice with Ferrell’s talents. Production on the project will begin sometime next March. Set to produce will be Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey.
